    • 2 frozen bananas, skins removed and cut in chunks
    • 75g (3 oz) blueberries
    • 225ml (8 fl oz) orange juice
    • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

    Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Use more or less liquid depending on the thickness you prefer for your smoothie.
